The Barre
We hold on to bars and barres for strength, balance and progression. We use bars to pull ourself up on, and barres to help keep us upright. Barres exercises are our basics. Using minimal equipment is it possible to incorporate the basics in every practice or workout to explore and refine your skills of movement and feats of strength. Crawling, hanging, ground based movements and exercises on the barre contribute to our exploration of the simple tasks that will make everything else better.
