Gymnastics and body weight training exercises provide a great foundation for all other forms of exercise. Engaging in this discipline provides vital learning experiences to the amateur or well experienced participant. Tasks such as moving through space, dynamic balances on our feet or hands and mobility exercises allow progressions to other exercise tasks. The body is a tool in itself, we encourage you to learn how to use it to its fullest.
