RINGS & THINGS

Here we will will focus on gymnastic movements with the ring apparatus such as straight and bent arm holds. These basics are important to progress your skills for pull ups, the skin the cat and body weight levers. Mobility exercises, squat patterning and balance games will compliment the pursuit of your new or refined skills with the rings.
